the municipal provident fund center has recently released notice on changing “certificate of title to real estate” into “certificate of title to immovable property (including previous certificate of title to real estate)” in spfmc’s policy documents.
the state council’s regulations on provisional registration of immovable properties requires immovable property registration of such immovable property titles as rights of ownership of buildings and structures, and rights to use construction land and rural homestead land. to reduce adverse impact to nil in the course of handling housing provident fund services, the municipal provident fund management center has decided to change “certificate of title to real estate” into “certificate of title to immovable property (including previous certificate of title to real estate)” in all its policy documents as of 22 july 2016.

to all spfmc’s district/county management divisions and relevant departments,housing fund department of china construction bank’s shanghai branch: the state council’s regulations on provisional registration of immovable properties requires immovable property registration of such immovable property titles as rights of ownership of buildings and structures, and rights to use construction land and rural homestead land. meanwhile,the various immovable property ownership certificates issued and the immovable property official records compiled prior to implementation of the regulations shall continue to be effective. to reduce adverse impact to nil in the course of handling housing provident fund services during the juxtaposition of the certificate of title to immovable property and the previous certificate of title to real property, the municipal provident fund management center has decided to change “certificate of title to real estate” into “certificate of title to immovable property (including previous certificate of title to real estate)” in all its policy documents as of 22 july 2016. we hereby request all departments and entities concerned to appropriately conduct review for document authenticity verification and keep and maintain the records.
