Hi friends, Happy New Year! I hope your year is off to a great start. At the end of December, I was talking to my husband about how this year I would like to be better about my health. In the past I have done all kinds of diets and renewed gym memberships for the sake of weight loss. But this year, I want to adapt healthier habits not just for weight loss but to feel better and healthier in my own body. I want to find an exercise routine that I actually enjoy and look forward to. I want to experience the endorphins and joy people talk about after getting an exercise in. Along with exercise I want to not necessarily follow a strict diet, but incorporate healthier recipes in my everyday life and swap “unhealthy” ingredients for better ones.
If you’re anything like me and are always on the hunt for healthy, easy recipes that all your family can enjoy with you, then you’re in the right place. In today’s blog post I’ve curated my tried and true healthy and easy recipes that I have personally cooked and loved alongside with my family. I hope this will help kick off your beginning of year.
